What Youll Do:
As a member of the Talent Marketing and Employee Communications team, youll help us bring to life our teams goal to deliver compelling experiences that lead to measurable engagement and leadership effectivenessall aligned to ServiceNows purpose, priorities, and culture. Everything moves quickly at a high-growth company, and were looking for someone to work across the many facets of our team. This includes collaborating closely on editorial and channel ecosystem (Now at Work, our main platform for online employee engagement, employee storytelling and best practices) and planning for events like our Quarterly Manager Forum. In a nutshell, youll support the holistic ServiceNow employee experience by creating compelling content and engaging experiences overall, while also focusing specifically on manager communications and events, DIBs (Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging) events, and product launches.
