Description Job Position: Territory Sales Manager Job Location: Thatta, Shaheed Benazirabad (Sindh) No of Position: 2 Position Purpose Compliance of Live safely-embracing safety in all we do and Be Upstanding with respect, integrity & wellbeing. Demonstrate the value of Corteva products and facilitate farmers in their buying decision through pull activities of farmers meeting, field days and one to one contacts in existing and developing market. Maintain and expand dealer network to push product in the market and meet sales volume target. Assist RSM in the development of sales plans & strategies aligned with business direction. TITLE NATURE OF CONTACT Farmers Customer Support, Product Promotion, collection of Data, Organizing Farmer meetings Dealers Sales, product management, credit and receivable management, display and distribution of marketing/promotional material Super Distributer Sales orders, Product delivery, Product lift back RSM Regular contact for supervision and understanding the routine and short-term business requirements. To support communication with farmers and dealers Sales Leader Contact to understand the vision and overall direction of the business in the long term Responsibilities Achievement of crop-wise, product & value-wise sales targets on monthly & yearly basis. Manage dealers’ accounts, supply orders, collection and receivable as per COFP. Create Corteva product performance promotion through farmer meeting, field days and travelling seminars, resulting in high brand value, customer retention and good relationship building Farmers complaint resolution for a satisfied customer and retention Assist RSM in Sales Planning & Strategies Development. Assist RSM form field promotion activity plan for own sales territory Conduct crop-wise field promotion activities as per agreed action plan. Regular and timely progress reporting about field promotion activities. Effective implementation of commercial policies and procedures. Compliance to the company’s policies, procedures & code of conduct. Training, Monitoring & Coaching of dealers & field staff. Implementation of stewardship activities Maintaining and updating potential grower’s lists and their product usage data with special emphasis on leader farmers. Gathering market intelligence and periodically sending updated information to RM. Effectively handle customer complaints with support of supervisor Develop the Agronomic and technical knowledge of farmers resulting in improved yield and income Regular feedback of field activities to RSM through verbal and written reports Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Experience 2-3 years Skills Drive for results Build relationships Selling skills of product and technology Technical & product knowledge Manage execution Oral and written communication, presentation skills Additional KSAs Listening, Speak effectively Groups – One on one meeting Service calls Manage objections Training skill Focus on customer needs Build relationships with key farmers, government and employees Computer literacy
