Your role This role is about hiring the best talent and managing the overall candidate experience from hiring to onboarding. You will partner with the hiring managers and advise them on talent frameworks and manage their recruiting needs in a proactive and efficient manner. Responsibilities Coordinate with the hiring managers and People Business Partner to understand the organization wide staffing requirements. Develop full-cycle recruitment process including job assessments, requisitions, candidate screening criteria, and selection. Leverage social media, internet posting boards, and networking to source top talent. Create solutions for hard to fill positions. Ensure recruitment activity is updated in an accurate, compliant, and timely manner within the Applicant Tracking System (Lever) Provide internal and external market data to business functions driving meaningful insights which influence our stakeholders with their approach to specific requisitions and overall talent strategies Partner with People Business Partner and Functional Directors to understand current talent and diversity gaps across business functions and develop customized attraction and engagement strategies which drive positive impact to the business. What You Need 3-5 years of core talent acquisition experience preferably in an IT/Tech organization Strong ability to network and continuously generate a healthy and talented pipeline of candidates Experience working with recruiting and candidate related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, and sourcing tools (e.g., Boolean search strings, job boards, open-source web search, deep-web search) Prepared and delivered talent acquisition training modules for hiring managers Successful track record of filling a high volume of positions in a high growth environment Designed Talent Acquisition dashboards Innovative, creative and constructive ideas that continue to push recruiting success Exceptional interpersonal, social and communication skills with strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to quickly establish rapport, build credibility and create partnerships at all levels within the company.
