Learn more at www.averydennison.com Job Description Ensure timely planning and execution of all Site development activities and Capex projects within the specified budgets and as per finance and procurement policies. Provide for each stage in projects all support documentation (description, cost estimates, quotations, justifications & specs) required for approvals. Predict and plan resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements Track project costs in order to meet budget Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan Ensures for each project the required documentation (detailed project plans, technical drawings, commercial contracts, vendor creations etc) is completed. Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress. Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement Maintenance of facilities including building, LT room, services lines. Ensure a continuous focus on EH&S in all engineering activities during planning & execution. Qualifications University Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) and having 5-8 years of experience with project management in manufacturing facilities. High level interpersonal skills. Broad understanding of factory operations. Good knowledge of mechanical and basic knowledge of electrical engineering Experience in contract – management and good negotiation skills Has good knowledge of Environment, Health & Safety, Processing & Factory Operations skills, personnel administration and its governing laws.
