Job Description: Call and set an average of 2 qualified solar appointments per day Be available for 32.5 ready hours on the dialer weekly Get 3 appointments that Sit for an appointment weekly Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner Follow communication “scripts” when handling different campaigns Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, provide solutions and/or alternatives Seize opportunities to up-sell products when they arise Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile Keep records of all conversations in our call center database and company CRM in a comprehensible way Attend daily trainings via video chat Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets Required Skills: 3+ years of previous outbound call experience Track record of over-achieving quota Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively High school degree System REQUIREMENTS for this job are: – Quiet place, as comfortable as you can – Good working computer with at least 4GB RAM – Good USB headset with microphone – Good Internet connection with at least 10Mbps Download Speed, 4Mbps Upload Speed, less than 50ms Ping.
