- Managing consumer accounts, maintaining a long-term relationship and maximizing sales opportunities with the given accounts.
- Implements consumer sales strategy with the named accounts towards driving sales growth and turnover
- Executes consumer sales strategy in the context of local market trends with the assigned accounts
- Create sales plan for named Accounts
- Maximizes the customer promotional plan
- Manage customers offer performance
- Deliver on AOP targets
- Establishes high levels of customer partnership and satisfaction
- Achieve revenue, margins with the named Accounts
Open minded, curious and innovative and aligned with our company values and aims and you bring the following experiences and competencies:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering or any other relevant degree. Masters degree is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in sales & marketing with knowledge of distribution network & preferably retail National accounts
- 2+ years of experience in a customer facing role.
- Good understanding of consumer Marketing and Channel
- Proven track record in sales target achievements, planning and execution skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management
- Fluency in Punjabi, Urdu, and English is a must.
