As a Product Marketer you’ll be responsible for driving growth of Signify’s Professional lighting portfolio. You’ll be part of the Professional Channel Team. What You’ll Do Define the yearly sales and marketing plan for product portfolio. Support product launches. Ensure efficient product information, training and benchmarking. Work closely together with sales and trade marketing, e.g. for selling in/out promotions. Perform visits to selected customers. Assist sales with key account presentations and other product support. Check/validate market and product related data are in place. Escalate product allocation issues. Works closely with Key Account Managers and Specifications team to engage customers by creating customer centric product and services value propositions. Manage pricing, positioning and marketing of all current and new product and services offer. Identify, collect and convert market data into meaningful and actionable insights, providing actionable insights to senior management and Key Account Teams. Devise GTM for current and new product introduction, inline with company strategy and key growth segments. Identify ‘White spaces’ for growth in the market its relevant segments. Develop world class sales toolkits and engagement tools for Key Account Teams. Keep a constant check on all key products health and competitiveness indicators such as profitability, market relevance, value proposition and quality indexes. Manage Gross and Net Margins for product families and individual SKUs. Identify products to Kill/Cure/Keep. Successfully implement NPI and Product Phase-in/Phase-out. Work closely with Supply Chain and Regional/Global Product teams to successfully execute localization initiatives. Drive growth initiatives in key growth segments and opportunities. Your Qualifications MBA in Marketing. Minimum 5 years of Product Marketing experience. Background in B2B Marketing will be an added advantage.
