We’re looking for a Process Lead Trainer based in our factory in Sahiwal, Pakistan. Bring us your curiosity and a desire to challenge the everyday routine and we’ll give you lots of responsibility. You’ll help us improve, inject innovation and build new ways of working that span the whole world.

=== YOUR DAY TO DAY ===

As a Process Lead Trainer, you are expected to develop the production teams’ technical understanding of process controls strategies of the production line. You will build the capability of Process Leads to become the line owner of (a) Changeover and (b) Centerline and (c) Change Management Daily Management Systems (DMS) and you will also be expected to be the expert in identifying and prioritizing Loss Elimination opportunities. You should support building capability in the team as well as developing control strategies and implementing improvement opportunities to assigned production lines leading to fully applying the Integrated Operating System (IOS) and PMI standards and policies. A majority of the individual’s time will be spent on the floor working with the teams and building the capability of the people in respected area.

=== WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR ===

You have at least a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related courses). You have at least 3-5 years of experience working in a high volume consumer goods manufacturing company (supervisory experience is a plus). You are well-versed in Lean Manufacturing Practices (ie. TPM, IWS, IL6S, etc). You are driven, committed and passionate to level up standards and has strong analytical, problem-solving and planning skills. Good communication skills as well as a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint is also required.
