We are looking for a People Programs Specialist who will create amazing, fun experiences for talented people who use our technology. We are looking for a people-loving, motivated, and customer service oriented HR person who is comfortable living in the grey. This exciting role partners with the HR and Business Ops leadership and with employees of all levels to ensure Quixel is an amazing place to work at and with ample opportunities for growth! In this role, you will Plan, drive and execute all people operation’s processes Implement, Execute and Improve the existing employee onboarding process Ensure all HR systems are up to date and readily accessible for relevant teams Act as the first point of contact for all employee queries internally Look to introduce interventions that improve employee morale and engagement Create and Improve existing and new company policies to stay abreast with ever-evolving organizations needs Manage all employee relations affairsOperationally support day to day talent acquisition’s activities across the organisation Manage and maintain the HR MIS system Ensure HR KPIs are reported on a weekly, monthly and annual basis Look to develop insights and action plans using people analytics What we’re looking for 3+ years of professional experience in people operations in a high-performance tech-based environment Strong HR fundamentals: talent acquisitions frameworks, organizational development frameworks Strong sense of ownership. We will trust you to take the lead and work with the autonomy to deliver the best version of your tasks and projects. An appetite for data: analyzing usage metrics and driving rapid iteration towards the company’s goals. Excellent logical and analytical skills, with a strong desire to solve problems. Strong communication skills, active listening, a positive attitude, and empathy for each other and for our users. Ability to drive and deliver projects single-handedly Impeccable attention to detail with strong data management and analytical skills Self-­awareness and a desire to continually improve Nice to have skills Awareness of global HR benchmarks across the board and strategies to achieve them Understanding of labour laws, legal and compliance requirements in Pakistan Actively involved in the HR community Knowledge and interest in the fundamentals of computer graphics/gaming About Quixel Quixel is the creator of Megascans, Bridge, and Mixer: the world’s largest library of 3D scans and two groundbreaking art applications.
