Job Purpose You will aid and assist value creation within the organization by helping accomplish overall business objectives through your people efforts including realigning our people to business objectives, recruiting the right talent, enhancing people performance, supporting people development, enhancing recruitment efforts, planning strategic HR initiatives, managing HR consultants, running orientation and onboarding processes, communicating role expectations, designing succession plans, maintaining people relations, managing internships, updating policies and practices, and overseeing wellness and health initiatives. Responsibilities Own building a top talent culture at Retailo Serve as a liaison between various teams for people related matters Assist the people team in recruitment initiatives and efforts including conducting screening processes Conducts new-hire orientations and on boarding Maintaining recruitment pipelines and employee databases Assist in payroll creation and processing Requirements Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a top tier university Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills Strong problem solving ability Proven effective communication skills Previous experience setting up or using an Application tracking system (ATS) or Human Resources management software (HRMS) is preferred Previous experience of working in a startup is not mandatory but would be considered a plus Benefits A purposeful role with mentorship from an experienced founding team Fast paced career prospects in one of the hottest and well-funded tech startups in the region Competitive Salary Excellent variable incentive plans Store credits to save on your monthly grocery bill Medical insurance (including family coverage)
