Educational Requirement Preferred Level of Education: D.A.E Area of Specialisation: Production Experience Requirement 2 years Key Responsibilities To follow the all EHS recommendation of PPEs. To maintain the GMP in room including cleaning, painting work and duct / filter cleaning. To maintain the daily cleaning record, Temperature & humidity record, safety guard record and change over record. To complete product change over, daily cleaning, oiling and dust free machine. To verify the daily balance and record in log book. To be aware about all related sops and take training. Check the Critical Quality Attribute (CQA) weight of tablets, thickness & hardness as per defined in Manufacturing instructions and IPC sheet. To be maintain and care Machine, metal detector, De-Duster and balances. To weight the buckets of compressed tablets and enter in log book. Check the SAMACO on daily. After Completed the batch clean the Machine & arrange new batch. To maintain the material yield. To work in both shift alternatively or as per departmental requirement. Focus on both quality and quantity. Involve in preventive maintenance. Comply and ensure compliance to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), Quality and other related policies, guidelines and requirements as applicable by law and GSK Corporate Guidelines. Comply and ensure compliance to Environment, Health and Safety policies, guidelines and requirements as applicable by law and GSK Corporate Guidelines.
