Overview

Telecom Foundation is looking for quality Sales Managers to generate and monetize project leads for the foundation at the HQ and the regional levels, in line with the foundation’s Vision and Strategic objectives. Responsibilities
• Responsible for establishing, promoting and maintaining the foundation’s ’s brand
to generate business through both the digital and traditional platforms
•
• Establish advertising / media channels and deliver large scale growth.
• Contribute information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies.
• Detail, design, and implement sales plans for each product or service being
offered.
• Develop sales strategies and approach for various products and services.
• Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service.
• Pitch product to potential customer for sales
• Identification of business opportunities
• Responsible for budget management, strategy, performance & reporting
• Able to think strategically and manage tactical details
• Creative and analytical skills that can thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation & interpersonal communications skills
• Extremely self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work
independently as well as part of a team
Requirements
• Age Limit: 27-40 years
• Proven 5 or more years working experience in the sales field
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent interpersonal, team management skills, communication and
presentation skills
• Bachelor or higher degree in Business Administration or related qualification from
a local or foreign HEC recognized University.
The opportunity will be on a contract basis. Telecom Foundation reserves the right, in its
discretion to accept or reject any or all applications without assigning any reason
