Role Summary: Reporting to the Sr Manager, HR Talent Acquisition AfME and Emerging Asia Lead, the Manager, HR Talent Acquisition Pakistan will be responsible for recruiting end to end processes for all level positions as Market require. Will work closely with Country Leadership team, Hiring Managers and HR to meet business hiring needs. May provide consultative advice to hiring managers and negotiate necessary offer packages for candidates. Responsibilities: Support full-life cycle recruitment for the above roles in accordance with global operating procedures and best practice principles, including sourcing, selection and offer development. Ensure a positive client and candidate experience throughout the hiring life cycle. Able to provide first level feedback for internal and external candidates. Manage the offer process for external candidates, including pre-employment screening and offer development. Ensure that hiring is consistent with the business goals. Evaluate candidate backgrounds to match core competencies with key hiring requirements and assess motivational fit. Utilize appropriate selection techniques. Effectively integrate diversity into the staffing process to ensure diverse candidate slates. Develop an understanding of Pfizer’s Benefits Program and its competitive advantage in the market. Achieve recruitment metrics against Global TA targets. Build Talent Pipelines for most critical mid-level organization. Education and Training: Minimum Educational Qualifications: Undergraduate degree preferred, 5 to 7 years experience in the direct sourcing of talent required, prior Executive Search or Employment Agency recruitment experience highly desirable The ability to comprehensively build and execute a sourcing and candidate identification strategy to cultivate talent from across many business sectors is required. Experience running end to end recruiting processes at all level positions. Technical Skills Requirements: Demonstrated knowledge of sourcing strategies including proactive direct sourcing, data mining, candidate/marketplace research, selection techniques and diversity recruiting Excellent consultative, strategic thinking, problem solving and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to influence and provide guidance on the external talent search process In depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical/biotechnology world is desired Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects at a time Strong written and verbal communication skills Skilled with using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS and familiarity with research search engines A proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill positions.
