Pakistan’s leading Oil & Gas Company, is looking to hire qualified individuals for the following role Qualifications and Experience: ? At least graduate having minimum 15 years experience including 10 years in managerial capacity in a large manufacturing concern. Retired Armed Forces’ commissioned officers of the rank of Colonel or above having completed color service with satisfactory retirement order could also be considered. ? Candidate should have a service oriented attitude, excellent administrative, communications, negotiations, and public relations skills, and must have the ability to lead a large team of employees and service providers’ resources.
Key Responsibilities: ? Leading administration function and ensuring healthy work environment through efficient administrative support. ? Managing countrywide travel, lodging, transportation, and protocol services. ? Liaising with government officials such as ministries, law enforcement agencies and local administration.
? Dealing with communities and providing administrative support to CSR initiatives. ? Managing administrative services offered by service providers and executing services contracts. ? Managing company events and functions such as board meetings, conferences, employee get-togethers, sports events, etc. ? Housekeeping, janitorial services, maintenance of buildings and office equipment, HVAC systems, horticulture, etc. ? Maintaining estate and housing facilities at various company locations. ? Preparing departmental Revenue and Capital budgets. ? Managing office communication systems including telephone & PABX systems, office mail, courier, etc. ? Arranging security clearance for various foreign visitors visiting company installations.
