We are seeking an?HR Executive (Performance, Training & Communications) for denim industry. Managing the?learning/engagement activities and employer branding for our HR department.
· Provide coaching and counseling to employees to support the effective utilization of the performance management system process for effective goal setting, career development, and performance feedback.
· Managing employee engagement and understanding business challenges.
· Identify organizational and individual development needs through various needs assessment tools and processes
· Deploy companywide learning initiatives
· Implement actions that enable a pleasant, energetic, and productive office environment
· Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
· Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
· 2+ years’ experience in Human Resources
· Demonstrated ability to improve Performance & Learning Management strategies
· Critical thinking and communications skills
· Facilitation experience
