Description


JOB PURPOSE

The Head of BT Communication, Training and Sustainability maintains standards for project management communications with all stakeholders, within the organization and ensures that information concerning content (e.g.: deliverables, risks, issues) passes to and from sponsors. The incumbent would deeply be involved in improving consistency, predictability and efficiency of program delivery. The role oversees that the administrative needs of programs to support overall governance and effective performance.

Description

Sustainability (In branch Training)

§ Ensure continuous roll-out of BT training country-wide and international locations

§ Monitor progress through Error rate reports

§ Monitoring Compliance Training in HBL network

§ Regularly seeking updates from L&D and share with BT team

Communication

§ Responsible for all communication (development and roll-out) related to the ongoing BT work streams in the domestic and international network

§ Liaise with relevant internal stakeholders to implement BT initiatives.

§ Compiling and reporting of weekly data related to work stream progress

Training

§ Ensure consistency, efficiency and effectiveness across all programs through training the concerned staff

Employee Management

§ Communication on standards, best practices, in terms of Policies, Procedures & guidelines.

§ Support the creation of project management best practices, tools, and ways to drive efficiency in order to reduce cost and add value.

§ Manage team effectively to ensure they are motivated and deliver business goals on time in a seamless manner.

Qualifications


Minimum qualifications:

  • MBA

Minimum experience:

  • 15+ years
Primary Location: PK-SD-Karachi
