Telecom Foundation is looking for experienced Assistant Manager HR for maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents and for various administrative tasks in a timely manner. Responsibilities • Formulation and maintenance of Foundation’s HR policies in accordance with the best practices • Facilitate in recruitment & selection process (checking application forms, short listing, scheduling job interviews and manages interview process). • Monitor, review and improve internal HR systems and processes • Payroll and personnel file management • Provide services to new joiners (Joining reports, payroll update, work station, employee smart card, onboarding forms and new Joiner kit by liaising with the relevant departments). • Post job ads on external websites. • Manage employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations • Organize and maintain personnel records • Maintain and update internal databases with employee records e.g. leaves, attendance, etc. • Prepare HR documents, eg, employment contracts, confirmation, extension letters and new hire guides • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates) • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules) • Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms • Participate in HR projects (e.g. co-ordination with Universities for the foundation’s HPGMTS, help organize a job fair event etc) • Design and conduct internal periodic survey to measure job satisfaction and suggest improvements where required. • Manage Advances, Loans & Gratuity. • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc) • Daily Attendance Control through ACS system and report to superior official. Requirements • Age Limit: 24-30 years • Minimum 2 years working experience in the relevant field • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular) • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business Administration / Human Resource or related qualification from recognized University / Institute etc. The opportunity will be on a contract basis.
