Qualification:B.Sc. Engineering and registered with the Council as “Professional Engineer” with required computer literacy. Experience: Minimum of 22 years’ experience in BPS-17 or equivalent out of which 05 years should be in an independent Managerial position equivalent to BPS-20. Experience of Office Management, dealing with Government Departments, National/ Multinational/ Public/ Private Sector Organizations is essential
Persons should have excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skill and should possess a pleasant and extrovert personality. Working experience with national or international professional or regulatory bodies will be given preference. Exposure of legal processes and procedures will be an added advantage. The candidate would preferably have trainings and short courses on Time management, Leadership, Change management, Stress Management, Coaching etc. Essential knowledge of PEC Act and Bye-law.
