Job Description:

One of the largest banks of the country is inviting applications against the following position from professionals with proven track record and capacity to perform as a catalyst for transformation in a challenging environment in the area of Risk Management. The individuals who fulfill the below-mentioned basic eligibility criteria may apply for the following position:

Academic / Professional Qualification
Minimum 3 years Bachelor’s Degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent. Preference will be given to Master’s Degree holders in IT or equivalent. Preferably any CISM, CISSP, ISO 27035 Lead Incident Manager or ECIH certifications.
Experience / Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities
Minimum 6 years of experience in IT and / or in Information Security / IT Audit To ensure establishment and implementation of bank-wide Information Security (IS) Incident and Awareness Program. To be responsible for bank-wide incident detection, handling and response for all is incidents To ensure mechanism is defined and implemented for IS incident reporting, handling and response. To coordinate with Business and Support Groups for handling and response of IS Incidents. To be responsible for setting up help desk and its processes for reporting of IS Incidents To ensure root-cause analysis is performed for IS Incidents in coordination with Manager Forensics and Internet Security within IS Division. To review reports developed for IS Incidents and ensure sign-off of competent authority.
Incident Reports to Regulatory authority as per defined timeline. To ensure execution of scenario-based testing along with Wing Head to validate organizational readiness to handle IS incidents. To ensure continuous monitoring of IT Infrastructure through automated tools for timely detection and response of IS Incidents To ensure controls are in place for risks identified by IS Risk Management team and external threat intelligence sources to avoid potential IS Incidents. To maintain MIS of IS Incidents along with root cause analysis details. To ensure mechanism is defined for effective IS Awareness within Bank. To implement IS Awareness Program as per approved Annual IS Plan. To ensure all emerging IS Threats are communicated to all relevant stakeholders within Bank.
