Key Competencies & Responsibilities Thought leadership in guiding, developing and implementing strategic organizational initiatives ensuring alignment with organization’s strategic objectives, and fostering a workplace environment consistent with the values and mission of the organization Lead overall HR policies, procedures and system development and direct improvement in policies and procedures as well as functional objectives. Inculcate a driving culture of engagement and empowerment, develop future leaders, create learning environment, and increase employee efficiency by implementing robust learning strategies built upon abilities, skills and knowledge of employees with an emphasis on global diversity and support service goals and growth plans Oversee appropriate technology solutions to enhance manage human resource information systems and develop the best means to deliver high-volume transactional services. Familiar with and hand-on knowledge of HR models, organization behavior, industry HR trends, labor Laws of Pakistan, best corporate governance practices and prescribed rules and regulations.
Eligibility Criteria Qualification and Experience
Graduate/Post-Graduate from a HEC Recognized University with at least 15 years of HR Management experience inclusive of 4-6 years of experience in leadership role in a large organization.
